Mark Raifsnider

Mark was a two year starter for Central Bucks West and continued his athletic career at Lafayette College.  After graduation Mark has held several management roles in the financial services industry.

As a successful executive with New Penn Financial LLC, Mark has built Region offices from start-up to a highly profitable group within the Call Center Division and provides a process centric approach to loan origination activities and training programs that focus on loan and submission quality resulting in superior production and ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws.

In 2012,  Mark opened up Veteran Centric Lending division for Mid-Sized National Mortgage Lender.  This required, working with Underwriting and Secondary Marketing groups to enhance product offering from guidelines selling to 3d parties to a strategy of selling directly to GNMA.  Resulting impact to the company in terms of Origination volume was from nominal volume each month to a run rate of nearly $50mm per month.

In 2015, Mark accepted an opportunity to open a portfolio retention division for the company. Taking the existing small group and reengineered the origination process. This endevear has grown to become a multi million dollar profit center annually.
