Mike Pettine Jr.

Mike Pettine is a 1984 graduate of Central Bucks West where he earned All-State honors as a quarterback and defensive back. Mike played free safety at the University of Virginia graduating in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

His coaching career began at Central Bucks West, and he later moved on to become a Graduate Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh. He was the head coach at William Tennent (1995-96) and at North Penn (1997-2001).

His 20-year NFL coaching career has taken him to the Baltimore Ravens, later serving as the Defensive Coordinator for the New York Jets, Buffalo Bills, and Green Bay Packers. Pettine was the Head Coach of the Cleveland Browns in 2014-15.

Mike is currently the Assistant Head Coach for the Minnesota Vikings, helping team to 34 wins in 3 years, including a Division Title and 2 playoff appearances.

Born Sept. 25, 1966, in Doylestown, Pettine and his wife, Megan, have six children in their combined family: daughters Megan, Katie, Paige and McKenna, and sons, Ryan and Max.

They are also the proud grandparents of Keeln, Kamryn, Frankie & Leon.
